Returns & Cancellation Policy

Non-Returnable Products:

At Saugaat, items purchased through our website (www.saugaat.co.in) are generally non-returnable due to the nature of the products. However, we strive for complete customer satisfaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired, you may request a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery. Please submit an image of the item and its defects via email to customercare@saugaat.co.in, along with your order details.

For any concerns or dissatisfaction with your purchase, contact our Customer Support Team at +91 9650075931, available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM. You can request a refund or replacement for damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired items within 5 days of receipt.

Order Cancellations:

You can initiate an order cancellation by emailing customercare@saugaat.co.in. Cancellation requests must be made before the product(s) are ready for shipment. The ability to cancel an order depends on the order's processing status. Successful cancellations will result in a full refund to the original method of payment. Once an item is ready for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after a successful cancellation. Payments made via credit card or net banking will be refunded to the same account. The management's decisions regarding damaged or defective products and refunds are final.

Policy Modifications:

The management reserves the right to modify or alter these conditions and policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will be binding and final.
