We ordered the sweets that too almost all the sweets, despite the confirmation to deliver in delhi ncr in 24 hours there was no update neither any response to the email even after 3 days. Post rigorous follow-ups we got the sweets that too post the festive and when we got the stuff it was sent in a torn box along with few items ruined inside not in eatable conditions. Again connecting over calls no one answers and we realize that the way Saugat might be working. This is seriously illegal and unprofessionalism. Waste of time, emotions & expectation from such brand.
